What People's Say About Place

The first thing I noticed was how clean and spacious the restaurant felt. It’s well laid out, so even when it’s busy, you don’t feel cramped. One of the features is the entertainment—they have a system where you can actually play music ( additional fee) while you wait, which makes the time fly by. I placed an order to go, and the process was seamless. Delivery Ready: I noticed they are very well-integrated with DoorDash, making it a great option if you’re studying . I ordered the Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich with fries. It was so good that I actually ordered a second one to save for later! The chicken was tender, and the signature Olga bread as always delicious with honey mustard glaze. The fries kept their crunch even in the takeout container.

I had one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in years at Olga’s Kitchen today. I came in during lunch around 2:00 PM on 12/12/25 and chose to dine in, and later placed a to-go order as well. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Tara assisted with my to-go order, but honestly the entire staff contributed to making the experience exceptional. The energy, professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness were on another level. The atmosphere was great: good music, great food, and a team that clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in it. What really stood out to me is that this level of service doesn’t happen by accident. Customer service has a trickle-down effect. When leadership is solid, it shows in the staff, and it absolutely showed here. Everyone was respectful, engaged, and welcoming. It’s rare these days to experience customer service like this, and they truly exceeded the mark. I left genuinely impressed and appreciated. Please recognize this team, they’re doing something right!

It’s all a little different you come in and you order and they bring the food to your table. It’s not like the one I’m accustomed to, but I would say it’s still a 10 out of a 10 so the one I’m accustomed to as you come in they see you and then someone comes and take your order. This does cut down on wait staff so this one is pretty good as well so don’t meet me there. Beat me there.

Olga's Kitchen sent me a free dessert reward through the app, so I had to claim it, and I couldn't possibly visit without getting their Spinach and Cheese Pie, too! I tried the Spinach and Cheese Pie for the first time earlier this year, and it is incredible! The phyllo is crispy and flaky, which perfectly contrasts the creamy spinach and feta cheese. You've got to give it a shot! The Cinnamon Sugar Snackers take their best bread and elevate it with cinnamon sugar and cream cheese frosting! There wasn't as much cinnamon sugar on them this time around, but their bread is incredible on its own, so anything added to it just makes it better! Not to mention that cream cheese frosting is amazing! Edit: This location is phenomenal! I love the food and the service is even better! All of the staff is extremely kind and they're always happy to help!

The only thing I didn't care for was that you have to order everything at the counter first. I prefer the traditional way of having a waiter/waitress come up & check on you, then get a bill, & pay tip. Also, their AC was too cold. They eventually turned it off though. My friend got the chicken Olga, Mac & cheese, & fries. It was her first time there & she enjoyed it. I got the all you can eat soup, salad, & snackers which was very reasonably priced. Soup choices were white bean chili, broccoli cheddar, & peasant soup... all 3 were great. Food was hot & perfect. We will definitely be back again!

Service was quick. Food was great. They were obviously taking cleanliness very seriously considering the current health crisis. Packaged silverware was readily available. Lots of cleaning happening in the dining area. Didn't happen to notice the restrooms or door handles to the entrance being cleaned. It seems like they would have, so I may have missed it.

Never been to this type of Olga's but the food is the same and you can get your food faster which I needed since I had a 5:00 appointment. I got a cup of peasant soup and snackers with extra cheese. Just as good as I remembered. Even the snackers that I took home warmed up great the next day. I just wish they didn't have Pepsi. Will be back.

OMG ! The food was excellent ! The manager ERICA absolutely the best! I have allergies and she went above and beyond to help me. Staff was great and the customer service awesome… clean, neat and friendly ! I highly recommend…..
